How do I book a tour with Eezy Breezy Adventures?
Ans: You can book a tour via our Facebook Page, our Website and through Whatsapp. See our contact page for our contact details.
What methods of payments are accepted?
Ans: For the moment, we are only accepting cash payments, but we are setting up a credit card payment system.
Where do I meet you to go on my tour?
Ans: You can meet us by the Gonzalez Dock at Boca del Rio Drive area in San Pedro Town. The Gonzalez Dock is adjacent to where Losers Bar and Grill was located. For easier directions, send us your whatsapp number and we will send you a whatsapp pin so that you can quickly arrive at our location.
What time should we arrive for our tour?
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, which is 9 am in the morning and 1:30 pm in the afternoon. We will get you checked in, have you complete our liability waiver, outfit you with your equipment, provide a safety orientation, and then head out on your adventure!
Is there a minimum number of participants for a tour?
Yes; the minimum number for a tour is 2 persons.
Are there any age or other restrictions to participate in tours?
Children must be at least 6 years of age and demonstrate strong swimming ability, and be accompanied by an adult while on the boat and while they snorkel. Youth 14-17 may snorkel independently but subject to our assessment of their swimming and snorkeling proficiency.
Boarding requires stepping off the dock into the boat. Our guides will be happy to lend a hand when needed, but you should be prepared to be self-sufficient and mobile. You must be able to climb a short ladder with minimal assistance to get back into the boat from snorkeling.
If the guide feels that any guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or is unable to safely move about the boat, and their participation may cause a safety risk to themselves, fellow passengers, or the crew, he may deny boarding. Let's keep everyone safe so we can have a great experience and avoid any of these risks.
Do you need to be able to swim?
Yes. You must have confident swim abilities. While you will be provided with a personal floatation device, it’s important that you feel confident in the water. Our crew is there and responsible for everyone, but it’s important that you are able to meet this requirement.
Are there first aid and emergency resources available in the boat?
Yes; our boat complies with all the BTB requirements in regards to first aid and safety equipment. We have fully operational emergency response protocols and procedures and all our staff are trained to properly execute.
What’s provided for each tour?
For snorkeling tours, we provide fins, masks with snorkels, live vests and defog solution, and drinking water. For fishing tours, we provide tackling gear and live bait. For full day adventures, we include lunch and snacks.
What should we bring?
For water tours, bring reef-safe sunblock, rash guard, water bottle, dry bag for phones or other electronics, towel, personal medications, hat and sun shades. For land tours, bring bug spray, sun block, hat, sun shades, personal medications, and if hiking, water bottles, hiking shoes, change of clothes if swimming, long trousers and long sleeves.
